INFUSION

Step One, it is called “Recovering Tea”, use a little hot water to cover the leaves at the bottom of cup, and pour away the water immediately. Then smell the tea.

Step Two, use 85° Celsius water (usually 3g tea and 150ml water), you may have a first drink after 1 minute.




BENEFITS


This tea is high in vitamin C, amino acids and some studies have shown it to contain a higher concentration of antioxidants than other Chinese green tea.

It is used to deter food poisoning, refresh the body, stop cavities, fight viruses, control high blood pressure, lower the blood sugar level, and to prevent cancer. Because of its nutritional value and extraordinary effect on people's health, it was a favorite tea of many ancient emperors of China, and now it is often offered to heads of state.
